A.- INDIVIDUALS (1-7):
* A deposit of US$ 250.00 per person is necessary
for the confirmation of a client, and upon receipt
of the reservation.
* 50% of this deposit will be refunded if the cancellation
occurs between 59-31 days before departure date.
* The total payment should be in our account 30 days
before departure date.
* If a cancellation should occur between 30-8 days
before departure date, the passengers will have the
option of rescheduling their trip up to one year from
the previous departure date, plus a cancellation fee
of US$ 250.00 per person, but no refund will be given.
* If a cancellation should occur between 7-0 days
before departure, no refund, neither rescheduling
option will be given
B.- GROUPS (+8):
* A deposit of US$ 250.00 per person is necessary upon
confirmation of the group.
* If a cancellation should occur between 89-60 days
prior to the group’s departure, 50% of the deposit
will be refunded.
* The total payment should be sent to our Florida office/Bank
account 60 days prior to the group’s departure.
* If a cancellation should occur between
59-22 days before departure date, the group will have
the option of rescheduling their trip up to one year
from the previous departure date, but no refund will
be given.
* If a cancellation should occur between 21-0 days before
departure date, no refund, neither rescheduling option
will be given.
